Treasures report was given by Ron. We have 579 members of which 58 are widows. Please contact Ron for the actual treasurer's report. This is an unsecure site.
OLD BUSINESS:
The TAG staff is formulating the upcoming briefings by the TAG. Times and places will be published as soon as they are announced.
NEW BUSINESS:
Bill will be attending the upcoming Legislative Breakfast and will represent the Retiree Council while there.
A member of the Retiree Council wrote to ask about the possibility of paying to have prescriptions sent to individuals as in the past. As we cannot answer for the Family Services Program which provides that service, Fred will ask them to answer the inquiry and send the person information on the prescription by mail programs that are available.
Ron asked about when to send out reminder cards to people who have not paid their dues for 2006. In the past this was done in June but he would like to do it earlier. This will be discussed during the April meeting to determine how many have paid by that time.
As there was no other business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned.
